I authorize BOLT 365 RADIO to review the submitted music and materials for possible programming and promotional consideration. I understand that submission does not guarantee airplay, interviews, promotion, playlist placement, or acceptance. I understand that BOLT 365 RADIO does not acquire ownership of my music or artwork through this submission. Any use beyond review requires appropriate permission. I understand that my submitted contact and music business information will be used to review and respond to this submission.
